Virtu RR50/36. Machine type designed with 36 print modules for applications involving up to 6 colors (cmyk Imlc). 30 pl or 80 pl print modules available.
Virtu RR50/48. Machine type equipped with 48 print modules for up to 6 colors plus white. 30 pl or 80 pl print modules available.
Machine type RR50 allows you to print flexible substrates of up to 5000 mm width and any length. You can achieve print products (piezo drop-on-demand inkjet technology) with a maximum resolution of up to 1200 dpi and process reels with a diameter of up to 500 mm and weight of up to 750 kg.
The Virtu RR50 is a highly efficient production machine with unique features, such as its unique positioning precision due to the special design of the substrate transport, high output, and minimal material wear during reel change (less than 1000 mm).
Easy integration due to flexible reel handling.
Thanks to the optional reel lift, the Virtu RR50 can easily be integrated into the existing logistics process. Thus, the machine can be operated from the front and the back or only from one side. This simplifies the logistics processes and saves space. Please choose the best configuration for you from the following three options:
Standard: Loading from the back, unloading at the front.
Front: Loading and unloading at the front. The reels (diameter limited to 300 mm) are transported through the machine.
Back: Loading and unloading at the back. The reels (diameter limited to 300 mm) are transported through the machine.
Options: You can customize the machine with the following options to suit your needs:
- Mesh function for interleaving materials
- Center support for center winders (automatic diameter adjustment)
- Crane runway for moving the reels within the machine
- Lapping unit (reeling and unreeling possible)
- Multiple reel-fed printing (up to 3 reels side by side – only in combination with lapping unit)
- Longitudinal cutting device
